ARG is a small valley on the High Atlas Mountains at about 9 km west of the Tizi n’Test pass. This tiny valley contains three villages Ighil, Mggat, and Tizi.

Despite years of drought, this valley is in reach of flowing springs, at least 3, Aghbalou, Tajgalt, and Tizgui, are always fllowing. These waters are owned by the population of the 3 villages. Each family uses the water on set days to irrigate the very small pieces (few meter squares each) of land they own.

Mainly the Argains (ARG people) grow vegetables, oats, corn, and fruit trees such as walnuts, peaches, carobs, figs, apples, etc...
